Strategic Audit: The Brighter Futures Initiative of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving

Families receiving services funded by the Brighter Futures Initiative as well as key informants and focus group participants from both public and private sectors involved in administration, research, planning, policy, and advocacy for early childhood programs, services and systems graciously provided us with their perspectives on the strengths and challenges of the Brighter Futures Initiative and future needs and opportunities for improving the early childhood development service system in Hartford.
